June - 2008 NEWSLETTER

Dear Parents,

Once again another exciting year at the nursery has come to an end. Through the year the teachers have compiled a scrapbook for each child, using samples of activities, songs, poems and photographs. These will be sent home on the last day of school for you to enjoy with your child for years to come.

For the last two weeks ‘Summer Holidays’ will be covered as the children find out more about holiday travel, weather and packing suitcases.

Class Parties:

We will be having the end of year party on Thursday 26th June. Food lists will be placed outside the classrooms for parents to select their contribution. Teachers will let bus children’s parents know with a note what to contribute.
The children will not require a snack on this day. If it is not your child’s usual day at Nursery, they are welcome to attend. The children will play party games and have a morning of party fun.

 Reports:

You will receive your child’s report before the end of term. Should you wish to make an appointment to see your child’s teacher please phone the office to arrange a suitable time.
